Packaging equipments

We have a considerable number of equipments to help ours Co-packing tasks as, Shrink machines, labeling machines, vertical automatic machines, flow pack machines, manual sealing machines, etc.

We move the machines if necessary, to the customers facilities. The machines could be used by our teams, or could be used by customer’s team, as a rent use, or by unit production cost.

We have in stock several used pack machines, to sell. Normally we adapt the machines according to the customer needs. The projects where normally sell, as a turnkey project.

We work as well with several companies, as partners, to help us to supply to our customers, new machines and complete projects, normally on packaging areas, as a turnkey project.

Co-packing solutions

We can do Co-packing at customers facilities, due transport cost reductions, but we  have new facilities near Lisbon with an warehousing fully new (with about 530 square meters)  with possibility to area increase, prepared to do Co packing tasks.

At new facilities we are able to do mainly:

• Different boxes presentation, Changing product/bags to display cases, or to promotion cases.

• Single products for mixed boxes.

• Multi packing.

• Place labels on bags, tins, boxes, pallets, etc. etc.

• Placing products in different ways to improve the exposure of products in the shop.

• Manipulations of exhibitors to display the products in Store

• Re-packing

• Product changes in pallet with different presentations.

• Grouping of different products.

• Shrink jobs.

• To pack and weight in automatic at Vertical packaging machines.

• To pack at flow pack machines.

As well we are open to:

• Create new process and the necessary certifications, to guarantee products safety and, efficiency answers to planning.

• Study new investments according customer needs, based on investments return.
